Performance and application:
1. This series of products is easily dispersed or soluble in water and has excellent wettability, permeability and emulsification. Adding a small amount of this product to the pre-treatment formula can achieve excellent refining effects.
2. In the textile industry and leather processing industry, it is used as a component of degreasing agent, cleaning agent, emulsifier and scouring agent.
3. It has a special emulsifying effect on amino silicone oil and dimethyl silicone oil, and can improve the efficacy after use. It uses less amount than ordinary silicone oil emulsifiers, the emulsion is more stable, and has strong penetrating power, which can penetrate into the interior of the fiber, thereby obtaining a more satisfactory soft feel.
4. Used as metal processing aids, multi-functional detergents, decontamination solubilizers, home care cleaning agents, vehicles, public facilities, and ultrasonic cleaning agents.
5. This product does not contain benzene ring structure, and the product prepared thereby becomes a new generation of environmentally friendly product.
6. When this product is formulated to a concentration of 80~90%, it becomes a uniform fluid, which is more convenient to use and has better effects.
7. As an environmentally friendly emulsifier, E-1340 can replace alkylphenol emulsifiers TX-40 and NP-40.
Packaging, storage and transportation:
Packed in 200kg iron drum and 50kg plastic drum. E-1340 is packed in 20KG bags.
This product is non-toxic and non-flammable and should be stored and transported as general chemicals. Store in a dry and ventilated place.
Shelf life is two years.
